Brownie in a Mug

Para superar este lunes que ya se termina, os traigo un postre que os encantará. Se trata de un brownie en una taza.

Tan solo necesitamos:

1 taza

1/4 de taza de harina

3 cucharadas de azúcar

2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo

1 huevo

3 cucharadas de leche

3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal

3 cucharadas de chips de chocolate

Una pizca de sal

Un poquito de esencia de vainilla

Mezclamos bien los ingredientes en la misma taza. La ponemos en el microondas a máxima potencia durante dos minutos. Y voila, ya tenemos nuestro brownie a la taza. Es fácil divertido y bonito, ideal para esos días en los que nos apetece chocolate, necesitamos una recompensa, o para una fiesta.

For celebrate that this hard Monday is already finishing, I offer to you this cute and good recipe; Brownie in a Mug.

We need:

A mug 

¼ cup of flour

3 tbs of sugar

3 tbs of cocoa powder

1 egg

3 tbs of milk

3 tbs of vegetal oil

3 tbs of chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

A dash of vanilla essence

Mix well all the ingredients in the mug until they are combined. Put de Mug into the microwave and cook about 2 minutes on microwave high temperature. And voila, you can enjoy it. This recipe is perfect with these days when we kill for a piece of chocolate, or for a party, because is very easy, good and cute idea, isn’t it?
